Annika graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is a practising member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Additionally, Annika is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. She began her career in March, Cambridgeshire at a busy private practice and sports injury clinic. During this time, Annika also gained experience in pitch side Physiotherapy for Peterborough Rugby team and spinal rehabilitation at HMP Whitemoor before moving to London in 2013.
When in London, Annika went on to complete her MSc (Hons) in Advanced Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London. Annika has a wealth of experience in all injuries and conditions relating to the skeletal, muscular and nervous system. She combines this with a warm and welcoming treatment approach. Detailed assessments allow Annika to design and implement personalised, specific rehabilitation programs for patients of all ages and abilities.
Outside of work, Annika enjoys long distance running, having completed London Marathon and many half marathon races. This means she is able to combine her Physiotherapy knowledge with personal experience of having to manage niggles and injuries. She also enjoys generally keeping fit at the gym.
